Upgrade your C-Pen software free of charge!

You can use your C-Pen 20 with our new software without any additional charges. 
All you have to do is to uninstall the C-Pen 20 software and install the C-Pen Core software. The easiest way to do this is to follow the guide below.
Check the table below to compare your old C-Pen with C-Pen 3.0 and C-Pen 3.5.

This is how you upgrade to the new C-Pen software:    

  • Disconnect the C-Pen from USB
  • Close the C-Pen 20 software from the tray icon. 
  • From "Control Panel" -> "Add or Remove Programs" uninstall the C-Pen 20 software.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Download and run the C-Pen Core Software installation here.
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  • Connect the C-Pen and wait for Windows to load the drivers. 
  • Start using C-Pen!
